I’ve always somewhat enjoyed water but felt like I was never drinking enough. I used to drink sweet iced tea with my daily meals. Water was rarely my first choice; in fact, the only time I really drank water was after a run/workout.
I wanted to see first hand what water could do for me so I decided to try this H20 challenge for 20 days. It sounded pretty easy but you don’t realize how hooked on sugary drinks you are until you stop cold turkey. I’m not gonna lie it was very difficult in the beginning but after one week I started craving water more and more! The best part is after completing the challenge water became and still is my beverage of choice. I completely stopped craving sweet iced tea and never drank it again to this day! I still can’t believe it!
Here were my benefits from the 20-day H20 challenge:
Improved complexion – I used to get a few pimples as often as every month. Drinking water drastically cleared my skin and even removed dark spots from old blemishes.
Reduced headaches – For many years I suffered from massive headaches and migraines. I remembered reading that water helps and it actually did. I rarely suffer from headaches anymore and the severity is greatly reduced.
Eliminated sugar and calories – I used to drink the Arizona – Green Tea With Ginseng and Honey . Each glass is 70 calories and 17 grams of sugar replaced with a big fat zero!
The real question is what will water do for you? Give the 20-day H2O challenge a try and find out… instructions below:
- To make this challenge 100% effective ONLY drink water for 20 days
- Replace all beverages with water including soda, alcoholic beverages, smoothies, energy drinks, etc.
- Every morning when you get up drink 1-2 glasses of water right away
- Drink 1 glass with each meal or snack
- Drink 1-2 glasses after your workout
- Drink 1 glass before bedtime
- Repeat daily for 20 days
Factor Tip: In order to maximize your benefits I recommend trying to only drink water. If you have to drink coffee or energy drinks in the morning try to limit yourself to 1-2 cups of coffee or 1 energy drink.
Note: One bottle of water 16.9 oz contains about 2 glasses of water.
How many glasses should you drink? Depends on your size.

Love the post! <3
Thank you Jessica! xo
I have been recently told that I have high calories. I feel dumb that I wrote that wrong but I’m going to keep it. Well, the point is that I have to cut on sugary treats and drinks and fatty fast food. I have followed you on FB for a year now, I think, and seeing you grow and help people, in Cuba, and also live a healthy life style has motivated me to do the same. I’m going to get fit and healthy. Thank you for being an inspiration to others. I hope that knowing that you helped motivate someone to completely change their life, brings a little happiness to you. I’m glad I clicked like on you FB page. Thank you, lisa. You are very Hermosa. I’m going to enjoy starting this fittness journey with you.
I am in awe of you. Haven’t seen you say, wear, act, promote anything that isn’t positive in nature. Your hands down one of the most beautiful women on the planet. Your focused and motivated which is highly impressive and respected. Your a role model for people in general and wish you all the success one can achieve. Keep up the good work. I’ve been a fan for years now. Your amazing!
Thanks for the support!:)

The smoothie is fine. try to not drink coffee but if you have limit to one cup a day.
I drink lots of tea +sugar and not enough water, so need to try the 20 day challenge. Ps, I love your website its amazing! ?
Thank you! yes, give it go! you’ll be surprise how well it works!
Is there a significant difference in results for men/women? Also, have you tried it for a more extended period of time rather than twenty days? If so, what are the results compared to the twenty day challenge?
I just started getting back into fitness the past two weeks after a long ‘break’, however I REALLY struggle without getting my daily juice and shake.
I started the challenge and never stopped drinking water after. I only drink water everyday and it’s been 2 years since I did the challenge.
I definitely want to try this water challenge but it’s almost Christmas and New Years and I know I’ll be pressured with some celebratory drinks aka vino especially here in Italy haha…it may have to wait till next year. It will be my New Years goal!
